Yes. PayPal requires your hotel to have its own PayPal Business account and to agree to PayPal's terms of service directly. ezCloud only provides the technical integration to display PayPal as a payment option in the system - it does not process transactions or hold an account on your hotel's behalf.

Yes. PayPal encrypts financial information throughout the transaction process and supports two-factor verification along with Buyer/Seller Protection programs to reduce fraud risk. ezCloud does not directly store guests' payment information.
