III. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Head of Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for building, operating, and expanding ezCloud’s S2B2C partner ecosystem (Supplier – Business – Consumer) in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
- Develop the 12–36 month partnership strategy, including partner policies, commission frameworks, tiering, performance standards, and implementation plans.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse partner network including resellers, system integrators, IT firms, travel agencies, OTAs, KOLs/creators, and training institutions.
- Drive revenue growth through partner channels and be accountable for new customers, conversion metrics, NPS, churn rate, and partner performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Onboarding teams to optimize customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Build operational SOPs, partner enablement systems (Partner Academy), documentation, and performance dashboards.
- Work with Product to guide development of supporting tools including API, white-label features, and partner toolkits.
- Lead international Business Development efforts in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, and other new markets.
- Participate in other tasks and initiatives assigned by the executive team.
IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, Channel Management, or indirect distribution.
- Experience in SaaS, Hospitality Tech, OTA, or TravelTech is highly preferred.
- Proven success in building and managing partner ecosystems of 50–200+ partners.
- Strong competency in developing channel strategy, partner incentive models, P&L management, and revenue growth tracking.
- Solid understanding of platform models, APIs, white-label solutions, co-marketing programs, and go-to-market execution.
- Systematic and data-driven mindset; strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently under high pressure and deliver results consistently.
- Proactive, innovative, adaptable, with a global mindset; international experience is a plus.

- Base salary: 45 – 80 million VND/month
- KPI bonuses (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Partner revenue incentive: 1% of partner-led revenue (capped quarterly)
