1. What is ezCrs?

ezCrs is a software that is connected and integrated multidimensionally with related systems such as PMS (Property Management System) – Hotel Operation Management Software, CMS (Channel Manager System) – Online Room Distribution Management Software, ezBe (Booking Engine) – Online Booking Tool, Hotel Website, GDS (Global Distribution System) – Global Room Distribution System… to consolidate booking data from various sources.

3. How many room packages are available on ezCrs?

ezCrs does not impose any restrictions on the number of room packages that can be defined in the system. Hotels have the flexibility to update a number of packages depending on channels, market segments and time periods throughout the year.

To help hotels understand how services are bundled in ezCrs here are some examples of reference room packages;

ALL INCLUSIVE: This package covers the cost of three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) along with accompanying beverages and snacks within the room rate.
HALF BOARD PACKAGE: This package includes either breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner (two meals) within the room rate.
FULL BOARD PACKAGE: This package covers the cost of all three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) within the room rate.
BED & BREAKFAST (B&B): This package includes both the cost of accommodation and breakfast.
