III. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Strategy Development & Growth Leadership
- Develop 12 – 36 month Marketing strategies for the entire product ecosystem in Vietnam and ASEAN.
- Lead growth across MQL – SQL – ARR; optimize CAC, improve funnel performance, and manage Performance/Growth campaigns.
- Define brand positioning, implement integrated communications (content, PR, event, creative), and ensure consistent brand identity.
- Manage the Marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and measure performance using data-driven methods.
2. Product Marketing & International Marketing
- Build Product Marketing strategies for PMS, CMS, Saola AI, RevOp, Ticketing, and Golf: GTM planning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with Product and Business teams to ensure each product launch aligns with the target market segment.
- Oversee International Marketing activities in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Indonesia; execute localized GTM plans and coordinate with local partners.
3. Partner Marketing & Operations Management
- Develop S2B2C Partner Marketing frameworks; build toolkits, co-branding/co-marketing materials, and support partner activation.
- Oversee Marketing Operations, including CRM, automation, tracking, and BI, ensuring data consistency for measurement and optimization.
- Build, manage, and develop a team of 15-25 members; assign tasks, coach team members, review output, and ensure high-quality execution across all Marketing functions.
IV. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 8-15 years of Marketing experience in SaaS, Travel Tech, or Hospitality.
- 3-5 years of experience leading teams of 10+ members.
- Proven experience scaling ARR, optimizing CAC, and executing performance & growth initiatives.
- Deep understanding of SaaS funnels, churn, retention, and NRR.
- Strong leadership, data-driven mindset, and excellent execution skills.
- Preferred candidates with experience at Booking, Agoda, Traveloka, Klook, HubSpot, Shopify, etc.
